Are you looking for Christmas Program ideas that can be easily implemented during COVID-19?

Why not add some simple chair exercises to a carol sing-along?  Get double the feel-good endorphins!  (If singing is prohibited, you could use Christmas CD's or stream music to match with the exercises)

BTW... my name is Tammy Stone, creator of Heart Beats Club: chair exercise programs for seniors. I've personally taught 4,500+ classes in care homes and adult day programs but I can't go in right now! So I'm making these resources to help keep my seniors moving.   You might as well use it too!
