This mini-Heart Beats Class is a perfect energy booster when time is limited or if the idea of a full exercise program feels overwhelming.  It starts with motivational talk, encouraging people to be active during COVID-19, followed by 4 easy-to-follow routines to familiar songs:

Independent Activity

If residents have access to a streaming device (iPad, tablet or computer) it can be used in their room. 

1:1 Visits

Encourage participation by following video together.  Sing-a-long and create a connecting experience.

Small Group

When smalls groups are permitted, play video on a SmartTV or computer & projector. Staff can "co-lead" while monitoring safety and well being.
