What people are saying ...

Tammy is always smiling and role modeling having fun. She is enthusiastic and encouraging. Tammy’s eye contact with the clients is well done as participants feel that Tammy is right there with them in the room. Tammy is singing and it encourages the others to sing a long; a great test to ensure they are not holding their breath or out of breath.

There are some clients who do not enjoy traditional ‘gym’ exercises that do engage in this form of exercise.

So far this is being well received by the clients and staff agree this is a valuable method to provide exercises to our program participants.
